Another problem roof. From the ground, it looked liked ocean waves across the surface. Sheeting turned out to be really bad, along with a serious bellow effect on the rafters.
Once sheeting was stripped and lines drawn across rafters, a bit of work was involved on this one.
New 2 by 6 boards were sistered to existing rafters to create an even foundation.
New plywood sheeting was used for a sound surface.
Once shingling was complete, the effect was a house with a curb appeal that surpassed all their neighbours.
